📣Just back from a wonderful weekend of Kinesiology. Full of new techniques…😁


❤️This month we’ve been looking at…


😁How weak abdominal muscles can create a drop in the position of the pelvic organs such as the Bladder and Uterus creating an imbalance of the hips and in turn the whole body having to compensate for this.

I now have techniques in my toolkit to work with the bladder and uterine positioning and for sufferers of Cystitis.


😁Spinal misalignment for whatever reason and the impact on our bodies.

Symptoms are created when there are impingements created by the spine not being correctly positioned.


The symptoms your body may be displaying might well lead back to that niggle in your back…🤔

Everything in your body is linked. Remember that song?.. Your head bones connected to your neck bone!”😂

So if your jaw is out (it’s one of the common corrections that come up for people) caused by anything from an injury, braces to anger and jaw clenching there’s a big chance that imbalance follows through the rest of your body… How?

If your Jaw is out the muscles on both sides of your neck have to compensate…

That will have an effect on your shoulders from the tightness in your neck.

Your pelvis in order to keep balance will have to shift to keep you upright, affecting the legs and your spine has to move to accommodate the shift.

Our bodies are so clever!..


So, If all this is a result of slow change then with supportive techniques and new habits the body can begin to re-adjust and re-learn balance.

Kinesiology has techniques to that support the body whilst its making those changes..
