💧 Did you know?🤔

Your body starts absorbing water within just 5 minutes of drinking it!…

Unlike food, water doesn’t need to be broken down. It moves quickly from your stomach into the small intestine, where up to 90% of all fluids are absorbed.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Rapid Transit – Water passes directly into the small intestine.

✅ Intestinal Absorption – The small intestine absorbs most of the water, while the large intestine recovers any remaining fluid.

And importantly…

✅ Osmosis in Action – Water follows electrolytes like sodium and glucose across the intestinal wall, helping your body hydrate efficiently.

Absorption cannot take place efficiently without these.

🌊In kinesiology sessions, when we chat about hydration, clients will say “I drink loads!”

⚙️Drinking it, and your bodies ability to process the water efficiently can make the difference.

💪🏼 Through muscle testing  the body will show us if some support is needed to allow the body to gain the optimal hydration from the  water you drink

💦 Water can be fully absorbed within 75–120 minutes, making hydration one of the fastest ways to support your body’s vital functions.

❤️Stay hydrated—every sip counts!
