Autumn and Kinesiology

✨In Traditional Chinese Medicine, (referred to later as TCM) the autumn can see imbalances in the lung and Large intestine coming up a lot in sessions.🍁🍂

✨There is the obvious…. colds, coughs etc or Large intestine due to food seasonal food changes.

Also, there is emotion and thought processes attached to the way TCM looks at health… Change… some like it, some not so keen…This can feel uncomfortable…

✨Large intestines and the lung in TCM are about Grief and “letting go” and the ease of it. So even if you acknowledge on a logical level the seasons change… letting go of the lovely long summer days and warm summer nights ☀️😎 may prove (even if subconsciously, a little harder)

✨In sessions I am already beginning to see lung imbalances that may lead to coughs and colds etc or sinus problems, sore throats etc which are imbalances of the Large Intestines.

✨There may be some bio chemical (Nutrition/supplement) support needed to aid the change. I can test for that within the session.

What can we do?…🤔

🍁Working with our immune systems is a great one…

Regularly check-in to maintain our bodies optimum and natural protection.

The body is a fantastic piece of kit that can support itself if we learn to listen to it.

🍁🍁 Let go of habits and thought processes that aren’t meant for you… I.e. “every winter I always!” Because what you say or think at the end of this sentence can have a powerful effect on your system which listens to your every word…

Embrace the season… cosy up and settle into the hibernation period… humans too are meant to rest, and after a long summer of activity it is now time to reconnect with ourselves and prepare our bodies for wellness…

With Kinesiology we can gain an overview of what is going on and what needs rebalancing. Holding space for the body whilst it re-adjusts…

Ready to prep for Autumn? Already noticing the changes?

Drop me a line… we can arrange a chat or book a session to see what your body…
